Whether you have been personally touched by childhood brain cancer or are just looking for a way to give back a little, volunteering for the Brainchild Foundation will give you the opportunity to have a significant impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Volunteering is an essential and positive way to support children and families affected by brain and spinal cord tumours. Volunteering provides opportunities to:

  • Make a difference
  • Share your skills and experience
  • Learn new skills
  • Meet people and make new friends
  • Gain valuable work experience
  • Increase your confidence and self-esteem
  • Improve someone else's life

If you are interested in volunteering some of your time to help the Brainchild foundation achieve their goals please contact our Volunteer coordinator Joy May via our contact form. Alternatively, please complete the attached volunteer application form and return it to The Brainchild Foundation. Suitable positions and times will then be matched to the needs and experience of the volunteer.

By selflessly giving up your time, you are making a real and positive difference to those affected by childhood brain and spinal cord tumours.
